This classic porcelain rocambole type has been grown in British Columbia for decades. Yugoslavian Organic Porcelain garlic has large bulbs with copper veins and some purple blotches. Expect nine to fourteen cloves per bulb, each with a solid, brown skin colour. The flavour is hotly spicy at first, mellowing to a sweet, lasting taste. This variety stores particularly well if it is cured properly. Plants are large and vigorous.
