Majestic is a porcelain hardneck with a smooth, pronounced garlic flavour followed by distinctive heat, and mellowing to a pleasant aftertaste. The huge bulbs can reach 7.5cm (3") wide with enough growing time and soil nutrition. Majestic is much loved for its resistance to disease, to cold weather, and to drought. This is a good pick for cold winter growing, and it performs well on the prairies and in central Canada.
