Bulbs of this hardneck porcelain garlic typically have eight large cloves. These cold-hardy Music garlic seed bulbs have a fine flavour and medium strength. The cloves are wrapped in a slightly pink skin, with pure white wrappers over the bulb. When cured properly, Music Organic garlic will store for months without losing any of their strong flavour and aroma. Our Music seed garlic bulbs are grown right here in beautiful British Columbia. This garlic is named after Canadian grower Al Music.
